What we clean, and what you get.
Here is the full scope of each service, in plain terms. Read what is included, then request a consultation and we will walk your space, confirm the details and put the job in writing. For fumigation we inspect before we treat; for construction work we clear before we wash.
- Post Construction Cleaning — debris, dust and handover finish — Debris and rubble clearance, cement and paint splash removal, dust extraction, machine scrubbing of floors, window and glass washing, and a final wipe-down before handover.
- Industrial Cleaning — warehouses, factories and large halls — Warehouses, factories and large halls. Heavy-duty machine scrubbing, high-level dusting, oil and grease removal, waste evacuation and washroom servicing, scheduled around your operations.
- Janitorial Services — a daily rota for offices — Daily office cleaning on a rota you choose: floors, desks, washrooms, kitchen and common areas, waste removal and consumables restocking. The same vetted crew, working to a written checklist.
- Fumigation & Pest Control — inspect, treat, clear you to return — Inspection first, then controlled treatment for rats, cockroaches, bedbugs, mosquitoes, ants and termites. We cover food areas safely and tell you when to return to the space.
- Painting & POP — walls and ceilings finished cleanly — Interior and exterior painting plus POP ceilings and wall finishing. We sand and prime first, mask your fittings, then hand back clean lines and a clean floor.
How a job runs, from inspection to sign-off.
- Request the site visit — Send the form with your service, facility type and location, or call the desk. We come and see the space before any figure is discussed.
- Walk the space with you — We note the size, the condition, the access, the water and power available, and anything fragile. You tell us your deadline and your working hours.
- Agree the scope and quote — You receive one written scope listing what we clean, what we treat and what we do not touch, with a single figure for the job and a start date.
- Mobilise, work, sign off — The crew arrives in uniform with machines and chemicals, works to the checklist, and walks the space with you at the end until you sign it off.
Questions clients ask before they engage.
- Why do you visit before you quote? — Because two offices of the same size are never in the same condition. Seeing the space first means one figure that holds, not a guess that grows later.
- Do we have to move out during fumigation? — For most treatments, no. We agree the hours in advance, seal off the treated areas, and tell you exactly when your staff and family can return.
- What do you bring, and what do we provide? — We arrive with our own machines, chemicals, cloths and protective gear. We only ask for water, power and access to the space on the agreed day.
- How do you handle confidentiality? — Crews work to a signed scope and treat what they see inside your building as private. Documents, screens and personal items are never touched or discussed.
